Dr Ranka is a Senior Consultant Occupational Health Physician, Deputy Chief Examiner at the Faculty of Occupational Medicine, and a CSER Assessor. Dr Ranka is also a Director and Responsible Officer of R-Health Limited, which he co-leads with his business partner, providing specialist occupational health services to police forces and other safety-critical organisations across the UK.

BSC (HONS) RGN SCPHN
Nichola trained as an RGN at University College Hospital and holds a BSc in Occupational Hygiene, a NEBOSH Diploma, and an SCPHN. She spent ten years working at the HSE and founded Building Health Ltd in 2005, delivering occupational health services to the UK construction industry. She is a founding member of the SOM
Construction Special Interest Group.
